What is the Perpetual Request? Easy it's a request that keeps going. Let's say you are a Bob Dylan Fan. All you have to do is click the Perpetual Request link below and fill out the form and list Bob Dylan as your favorite artist and when your request is chosen then that night you get to hear Bob Dylan, at least, once an hour, sometimes more.
